Welcome to Riyad Al Jannah (Australia). By enrolling your child in our programs or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrolment
- 1.1 All students must be registered by a parent or guardian.
- 1.2 A completed enrolment form and any required documents must be submitted before participation.
- 1.3 Riyad Al Jannah reserves the right to approve or decline enrolments based on program capacity or suitability.
2. Attendance & Participation
- 2.1 Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.
- 2.2 If a student misses a class, it is their responsibility to study the missed content to stay up to date.
- 2.3 Parents must notify in advance if a student will be absent.
3. Code of Conduct
- 3.1 Students and parents are expected to treat teachers, staff, and other students with respect and courtesy.
- 3.2 Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of enrolment.
- 3.3 Parents must ensure students comply with classroom rules and safety instructions.
4. Materials & Intellectual Property
- 4.1 All teaching materials, resources, and content remain the property of Riyad Al Jannah.
- 4.2 Materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
5. Health & Safety
- 5.1 Parents must inform teachers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
- 5.2 Riyad Al Jannah is committed to providing a safe learning environment but is not liable for minor injuries unless caused by negligence.
6. Privacy
- 6.1 Student and parent information is collected and stored according to our Privacy Policy.
- 6.2 By enrolling, parents consent to the use of photos or videos of students for promotional purposes, unless explicitly declined.
7. Liability
- 7.1 Riyad Al Jannah is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- 7.2 Participation in activities is at the student’s own risk, except in cases of negligence by staff.
8. Changes to Terms
- 8.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
- 8.2 Any changes will be communicated to parents via email and updated on the website.
